Led by owner Paolo Weston, Kyzar is a locally owned company with deep roots in South Florida and a commitment to doing things the right way — every time.

A Local Background Built on Real Experience

Paolo Weston was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and is a graduate of Jupiter High School. As a second-generation contractor, he was exposed to the trades early — but his path into the industry started differently.

At just 18 years old, Paolo became a licensed realtor and began working for Arvida at the corner of Indiantown Road and Central Boulevard. He quickly moved into buying, renovating, and selling entry-level homes throughout Jupiter.

That hands-on experience — working directly on properties, managing renovations, and understanding how homes function — sparked a deeper passion for construction. He later became a state-licensed general contractor, going on to build homes throughout Palm Beach County. Through that work, he developed a sharp eye for quality, performance, and the long-term value of doing a job right the first time.
